Zand Group demolished my cement front porch that was showing a lot of wear and built a beautiful new wood porch with a larger footprint. Wish I had this work done years ago. It has totally changed the look of my house. They also added a pergola around my existing backyard floating deck, which adds so much beauty to the yard.
