Over the past 2 decades I have visited 30+ dealerships before purchasing my next vehicle, and my experience at Autolinks was easily the best buying experience. Honesty and transparency is what sets them apart from most dealers out there and I felt that Jason and John really care about the customers and take great pride in the work they do. In the past, I found myself haggling with each dealer for days, sometimes weeks, in order to reach deal. At Autolinks, the deal was done in an hour because they really get what a buyer looks for in a deal. When I took delivery of my vehicle, it was in pristine condition and far exceeded my expectations. I spent a lot of time searching AutoTrader for a 2015 Mazda CX-5 GS 2.5L AWD, but was not having any luck. I contacted the Automobile Protection Association and they referred me to their recommended Mazda dealer. Unfortunately, that dealer did not have one. The APA then referred me to John Wallischek at Autolinks Vaughan. I knew John would be a customer-first kind of guy right from the get-go. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and generous with his time. He listened carefully to what I was looking for and said he would reach out to all his sources and find me what I wanted. In January, he delivered. The price was very fair (he does not add an unreasonable markup), the vehicle came with perks I wasn’t even looking for (custom installed leather seats), and he also found a buyer for my old rust bucket so that I didn’t have to bother with trying to sell/junk it myself. I will say that it took several months for him to find me exactly what l wanted, so patience is a virtue if have very specific requirements or if he doesn’t already have one on his lot. However, if you’re not in a rush, the payoff is worth it. John goes above and beyond to keep his customers happy and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to all my family and friends.
After doing some research and narrowing down our car of choice 2012 Honda, we chose Autolinks and were so happy we did! We met John who from the beginning took care of everything to our great satisfaction. He is professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable about the car industry! He earned our trust and we found him to be very honest and fair. We appreciated the great service he offered and the communication was great every step of the way. John and Jason (J&J) both really honest and genuine guys. I brought my car for service. And they treated me so well. I had little problem with their mechanic for making me wait on a part but the way Jason and John both took care of the problem was really nice. Little mishaps happen but how you look after your customers after that is very rare in the auto industry. I really was inspired how both guys can take loss on them but not want their customers to leave their shop with bad experience. Highly recommend them.
