We have some pretty unique light fixtures installed in the office and Mike spent quite a bit of time and effort locating matching light bulbs and sourcing them for us. It's rare to find such customer service these days.

In this day and age it’s great to find employees that have field and product knowledge. Many suppliers have lost their edge in the market due employees lack of experience.
