(May 19, 2020, 8:47 pm)We ordered a book for a course that had already started and I followed up with a phone call to ask if I could pickup the Book in person rather then wait for it to be mailed. Although Captus press is not open to the public Pauline and Lillie went over and above by allowing me to pickup in person. Lillie followed strict social distancing protocol. I cant say enough about the excellent customer service that Captus (Pauline and Lillie) provided.
