Abdul provided an informative experience which made us feeling confident and safe. Abdul provided us with up to date information about baby car seat safety. He provided a variety of resources such as worksheets, videos and allowed us to practice with a doll to ensure confidence and safety measures. He was determined to make sure the car seat was leveled and took the time to work with different materials to make sure it was perfectly secure. Abdul also installed my car mirror which was a great!

Car Seat Co is an incredible company. I have had 2 car seats installed by Abdul and the experience with him has been amazing. He is extremely professional, kind and patient and helped my husband and I feel well equipped to use our car seat with our son on our own. Our daughter will be visiting us from the US with her twin boys. We purchased two infant car seats and attempted to put them in reverse position using the instruction pamphlet. I contacted Abdul and scheduled a time to meet. Abdul took a look at our setup and really refined and optimized the install. His knowledge and understanding was invaluable His experience was top notch with the children's car seats and the nuances of different cars. His refinements was invaluable and really made us confident that the kids will be safe . He significantly reduced any play in the seat, adjusted the rear seat of our SUV to be optimal for the installation and educated / explained everything he was doing giving us the working knowledge for future installs and removals. Abdul was phenomenal when it came to explaining everything starting from safety to feature of the car seat. We're new parents and he helped us feel more comfortable when it came to how to properly install the car seat and how to safely remove the baby and car seat. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I highly recommend Car Seat Co. for car seat installation! As first time parents, we were nervous about installing our own car seats and wanted to make sure it was done properly. Abdul was patient, thorough, and very professional as he took the time to explain features of our specific car seat models. Through demonstration with a doll and having us practice, he gave us the skills and confidence to place our baby in the car seat and install our car seats in the future.
