This body shop was AMAZING!! I have never dealt with a body shop that was so freaking honest. The owner is really a man of his word. I am extremely happy with these results! I have been screwed over bad in the past by other body shops but this place made me feel more than comfortable through this whole repair. They have most definitely earned a loyal customer. My experience at Certified Collision Repair center (CCRC) was positive.The staffs are very helpful and knowledgeable. They kept good contact with me as my vehicle was in for repairs after my accident. The manager explained every detail of repairs and I felt comfortable. This place over exceeded my expectations. They made the experience super easy and fast! Since I went through insurance, they promised to expedite my services and repaired my bumper in a couple days. The staff was also very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend coming to CCRC auto body. Trust me you will not be disappointed!

I brought my car here because of the good reviews. When I got there the friendly staff offered me coffee and were very helpful. The office is huge and very clean, I was quite impressed. They gave me a tour of the facility, which gave me great confidence to leave my car there. When I picked up my car, it was spectacular. First, it had never been that clean before, what a great job detailing, and then the repair work - you could never tell that the front was damaged. I highly recommend bringing your car here, you will not be disappointed.
