Concord Hardware is a great place for building contractors .They have plenty of counter staff to assist you,and they are willing and helpful.They have good inventory of equipment and product.They also have a tool repair dept.!! Even better their prices are usually lower.

Canadian Tire messed up something as straightforward as cutting keys. I came here and these guys were incredibly helpful in restoring the keys to a workable state. Absolutely friendly guys, will come here now for hardware needs.

great selection great staff the way a hardware store should be

Made a special stop here hoping to find a larger sized wrench than most retail outlets stock (36mm). What I got was exactly what I should have expected from a hardware store tucked away in a busy industrial area. The staff behind the counter were rude and not helpful at all. As it turns out they did not have what I was looking for but it took a good five minutes of me standing up in front of the counter before one of the staff would even acknowledge me. Once I told the guy what I needed he just brushed me off. I ended up ordering one online... This place is nothing special. Its a hardware store with the same products that you find at any big box hardware store. Just a little smaller and more disorganized.
