Honestly the best service! I was expecting to be given some outrageous recommendations! Not the case - came in, said what it was the cost and fixed. Less than an hour. Very professional and courteous.

I'm currently living in an older home where their is a large tree in front of my house. We started having issues with flushing my main floor toilet. It would never flush properly and sometimes it would overflow. I called many companies to deal with the issue but they were only a temporary fix and it would go back to the way it was before. This was really frustrating! I was spending money on a problem that was never resolved. Until one day I had a leak coming from my basement ceiling, I new I had a big problem on my hands. A friend of mine told me they used Concord Plumbing and that she only trusts them to do the plumbing work for them. They fixed my toilet issue permanently which was causing the leak in my ceiling. They told me this was caused from the tree roots located in front of my house clogging my drains. Its been a couple years now and I never had issues with my toilet again. They did the job efficiently, cleaned up after them selves, and charged me less than these other companies did that never fixed the problem.

Andrew has been back to our cottage to help and advise our family several times over the past couple of years. The latest fix-it job was handled promptly during a family emergency, and by the time we had returned from the hospital our issue had been corrected, and equipment even upgraded at a minimal cost! Exceptional service and integrity that can’t be matched.

My first experience with Concord Plumbing and it was great. Called on a Monday and my appointment was first thing Tuesday morning. Andy was friendly, knowledgeable and proceeded to fix my plumbing issue quickly. I will most certainly be using them in the future.
