He took the time to do a free diagnostic and was very thorough in his analysis and explanation, explaining to me what he believed the problem to be. He sourced the screen I needed to repair and when it came in, had it replaced that day (two business days after bringing it in). It was fast and I feel like I understood the whole process. Thanks for giving my old laptop life again! Saved me from buying a completely new one. Service was courteous, genuine, and fast.
A couple months later, still no issue with the screen. I’ll be coming back here if I need anything else!
