I'd like to specially mention Severin, the most capable and efficient staff working in my property. He is good at everything for maintaining or repair, whenever I have a problem, he will do perfectly at his earliest convenience. I appreciate the professionalism and good value provided by ELM. And the building has the good quality because they have the best staff.

Working in Vaughan, I thought that the commute would be dreadful. However, the widening of Highway 400 as well as the surrounding side roads makes this one hour drive a highlight instead of a congested and stressful chore.
