First Reference provides the means to understand why and how to implement policies that reflect your environment. You still have to do the work, make the necessary changes and additions that relate to your work place, it's culture and the people who keep the lights on. It also provides the due diligence tools that assist in training and developing your employees knowledge base while providing evidence to any auditor that may enter into your facility. All in all, a very well rounded product.
A fabulous resource to ensure policies and procedures are well produced and in adherence to legislation and best-practices. Unfortunately, I've only been able to access the free trial binders as the subscription cost is prohibitive (we are a small not-for-profit). Staff were very clear that I would be responsible for the shipping charges to return the binders- a small investment to temporarily gain access a great resource, in my opinion.
