I bought a new home and needed to modify my railings from the builder. The builder's rep provided me the contact to Ideal Railings. I had assumed that being a small fry ask compared to a builder's order would be a difficult task. However, Brad, our rep, responded quickly to our call, understood what I wanted to do and provided me an almost immediate quote. I accepted and the job was done in a couple weeks.

He was knowledgeable, courteous, punctual, and was easily reached by phone. The railing itself was well made, excellent quality, and easy to install (we installed it ourselves).
