I had assumed that being a small fry ask compared to a builder's order would be a difficult task. However, Brad, our rep, responded quickly to our call, understood what I wanted to do and provided me an almost immediate quote. I accepted and the job was done in a couple weeks.

He was knowledgeable, courteous, punctual, and was easily reached by phone. The railing itself was well made, excellent quality, and easy to install (we installed it ourselves). When we had questions Stefano and Ken were very helpful. I'd highly recommend Ideal Railings.
