Excellent service. Called to do a phone order for a sale item that was showing available in that location only. One of the managers Virginia helped out and went above and beyond and sent me two sizes on my request so I could be sure, and when I received the order in two days, she had included a personalized note saying I was OK to return it if the size doesn't work out. I got to try both and happily keeping the smaller one! A positive customer experience, no matter how small, is what creates brand loyalty. I shop at different Laura locations and this one along with Erin Mills Town Center have exceeded my expectations each time.

Great place to get that perfect dress for your special occasion. Also, lots of nice clothes from casual to work wear to evening wear. Always great sales too!

Finally a place with some dresses that are nicely designed. I don't know why so many stores bother putting out such hideous designs that just hang on the shelves like people wanna buy some flimsy floral table cloth of a dress with a million colours instead of putting out quality designs with a variety of individual colours to choose from. Its been forever that I have been looking for a nice dress! In Laura I found 3 dresses I immediately loved and 2 of them were affordable! Way to go Laura!

Today I visited Laura at Vaughan mills. I have to say I have never been so happy in a retail store before. I needed a dress for my grandmother who is unable to physically come to the store. The staff was amazing! Thank you to every single one of them and especially Maria for going above and beyond. I will never forget this experience.
