Maria was our day of coordinator for our wedding in May. Maria, honestly if it wasn't for you, the wedding would have not been as amazing as it was. From our initial meeting, Maria was super organized and patient, gave us excellent advice, super easy to get a hold of through texts and emails, and just all around such a sweet and kind person. On the day of, her and her assistant kept everything running so smoothly even when there were unforeseen hiccups and was always pushing for what I (the bride) wanted. She kept me sane through the whole process and was a calming and comforting presence always. Maria, it was the greatest pleasure working with you, thank you.

Maria, owner of Le Papillon Events, was an absolute dream to work with for my floral and décor needs! From the initial consultation to the night before the wedding and the day of, Maria was always available, attentive and professional. I met with Maria a year and a half before my wedding to discuss my theme and vision. At all appointments, Maria does not rush you and makes you feel like a valued client. She has an exceptional eye for detail and style and will offer you advice while still keeping your vision and theme top of mind. In the months before the wedding, Maria suggested I come back for another meeting to review our notes and finalize details. I was amazed at all the new décor pieces Maria had since the last time we had spoken. She is always on trend and has a variety of beautiful décor pieces to compliment all themes. A couple of weeks before my wedding, Maria set up a sample centrepiece for me to see and it was stunning, she incorporated every detail (and more!) that we had discussed. We had an early start to our wedding day and Maria was able to work around the schedule to make sure we had everything we needed on time. My bridal bouquet was absolutely stunning and all the floral arrangements so full and lush. I also hired Maria and her team for all our décor needs (head table, back drop, seating chart, linens, chargers, table numbers) – it is so convenient and comforting to hire one company that can take care of both services with such quality and experience!

Wow. Working with Maria was an absolute pleasure. She seemed to be everywhere at once & in complete control of the event. As a professional photographer for 20 yrs it was a great to see such a huge wedding run so smoothly! I wish every one of my couples had Maria & her team involved.

Maria was very helpful with improving on the creativity of our ideas/wants for our wedding, she had a lot of helpful advice for our decor and as well how to manage our time to make the most out of the little hours we had for our wedding. It rained the whole day of our wedding, and people arrived late due to the weather and Maria kept the ball rolling by moving the ceremony inside and getting the guests seated and keeping the wedding party in check with their roles. The venue we chose and the deejay were not following through with our discussed plans which were made prior to the wedding. Maria enforced our wants and needs at the reception and without her at our wedding would have fell apart very quickly.

Maria was very quick at responding to our emails, and showed up to every meeting we had with our vendors and taking the time to discuss all the details we had decided on with our vendors. Maria was attentive with listening to what we wanted and setting up sample decor pieces to give us piece of mind of what we were receiving for our wedding.

We would definitely recommend Maria to any of our friends/family. We want to thank Maria again for all her hard work on the day and our only regret was not hiring Maria for the full wedding planner package!! =)
