I am so grateful to have found Matthew as a Real Estate Agent! Not being from Toronto, I wasn't sure which neighbourhoods suited my preferences and not being able to see any of the units in person, I was quite hesitant on picking one. Matthew made sure he understood my needs, and more importantly made sure he understood my personality and was able to recommend some amazing locations! As I was not able to be there in person, he went into units he thought I would like and made video recordings of each one to show me how they were.
