I had a broken chain that had broke for a second time and Nagi was very kind and helpful. I have never experienced this type of customer service from any jewelry store that I have been to. I'll be sure to return to this michaelhill and be sure to stay in contact with Nagi for any future purchases.

Love shopping here. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly, the selection is great, and the value is by far the best I've come across. Definitely recommend!

Very satisfied with my purchases, staff was extremely helpful with providing a selection for me to choose from which met my criteria for curb side pickup; I was really pleased with the discount I received as member and my birthday coupon; also I was able to return something I ordered online without an issue and staff was very welcoming and friendly made me feel like I was actually in the store thank you.
