Ontario Van Lines

OMG! I can’t say enough about these guys and we haven’t even moved yet. We are moving from Ancaster, ON to Moncton, NB at the end of this month. We had to buy a house sight unseen because of COVID 19 so I am a little stressed about this move.

We hired Ontario Van Lines to do the move and to do 8 hours of packing for us. Their quote was very reasonable compared to the other quotes we received.

I expected the packers to get the kitchen done and maybe take apart some of our IKEA wardrobes. THEY PACKED THE WHOLE HOUSE! I have a bad back so I just sat and watched them work like rabbits all day with only 1 very short break. We had Lomas and Avion for the packing. Loved them! Lomas kindly put up with my chattering while she packed the kitchen and the main floor. She bubble wrapped each piece and carefully placed the items into boxes while Avion dismantled our wardrobes then packed the bedrooms AND the basement. Bill gave me a great price for the packing and, trust me, it was worth every penny.

Today I was freaking out because well, that’s what I do lately and because the storage bin place, where we have excess furniture, told me they wouldn’t have our bin available to be unloaded on Sunday, our moving day. Bill (Ontario Van Lines) called the president of the storage facility and had the problem solved right away. What a life saver!

I can’t wait for our move now. Stay tuned for another review in 2 weeks.

ps - I don’t normally give reviews, let alone one this positive. So far, I couldn’t be happier with Ontario Van Lines.

Had a great experience with Bill and Avi, they were amazing at making it look easy, just like the website says. He was very on top of communicating and making arrangements for the pickup, and was very accommodating to my schedule. He didn't waste time getting things on, or getting it from Moncton NB to Etobicoke ON ... Loaded on Tuesday morning he was unloading Thursday afternoon. He was very professional and took good care of my belongings, including 2 motorcycles! When Bill asks you what you have, be sure to think of everything because the man doesn't waste , space, time or money. Would 100% use again, and definitely recommend to anyone looking.

We got referred to Ontario Van Lines through a family friend. Bill was great to deal with. The two workers ( Av & Dy ) worked very efficiently and were great. Extremely careful with our furniture and a pleasure to have in our home. When our renovation is complete we can’t wait to have them move us back in. Thanks guys, keep up the great work.

Efficient

We hired Ontarion van lines to move our family, and we weren’t disappointed at all. They showed up on time, took amazing care of all our items loading up and when it was time to off load everything they took amazing care again. Absolutely nothing broken or damaged, everything was wrapped and packed as if they were moving their own homes. I would use them again in a heart beat and would recommend them to everyone. They were happy, smiling, pleasant and most of all honest - hard to find these days but these guys were the best.
