Helen and Kelly were very professional, helpful and informative. Great customer service! Very clean environment. Storage facilities are up-kept very nicely and they also have a tonne of supplies that would be helpful to use when moving your belongings into storage. Highly recommend Public Storage, specifically this location.

The staff at PS Vaughan location were courteous and knowledgeable. They listened to our needs and provided us with alternative solutions. In light of covid-19 they let us feel safe as possible by maintaining necessary protocols.

We have booked with Public Storage Vaughan location for our temp storage.
We were really happy with the services / suggestions received from Public Storage, both Richmond Hill and Vaughan location.
The staff were really professional and helpful on helping us choose the best option. Also the visit to Vaughan location is very pleasant.
The Richmond Hill location manager has introduce us to their sister location when there's no availability of our choice in RH. Thank you for their warmth help.
Would recommend Public Storage to our family and friends when they are in need for self storage.
