We are a snow removal company and I phoned Site One early Monday morning on December 28th, to tell them we had run out of salt and needed a delivery right away. The very next morning, Dave and Gord cheerfully arrived with a truck load of salt for us. WELL DONE!! Thank you for your outstanding customer service. It was greatly appreciated!!!!

In making adjustments to my sprinkler system myself some 15 years after it was installed I finally found Site One after disastrous help from the Big Box stores.
I have been going back for small odds and ends which is not much in terms of business value for them. However their service has been first class, the advice given knowledgeable and professional, and their prices reasonable. Cant ask for better service, other businesses should emulate their business model.
Gord answered the phone each time I called and he is a gem.
