(December 30, 2020, 8:05 pm)Shawn was incredible to deal with. He went the extra mile to help me troubleshoot with sanding my floors. In the end, it's a job that I couldn't complete on my own, and although Stephenson's would have made money on renting equipment out to me and letting me do a less then stellar job, they chose customer service over money. Thank you Shawn and Stephenson's. I will be back for additional rental needs.
