(September 13, 2020, 10:37 pm)I have been spinning for 20 years, and I taught for 6 years. Because I have taught, it has always been difficult for me to find a class I love. Pino's class at Studio Spin is THE best! The energy is amazing, the music is great, and you leave feeling like you can conquer the world because you worked your butt off. He is motivating and and pushes his class to reach beyond their limits. Sunday mornings are my favourite mornings because of Pino's spin class.
