(February 4, 2021, 6:38 pm)When our furnace tapped out on the coldest day so far in 2021 I am glad we called Joe at Thermal Concepts. He immediately made our call a priority and rerouted his technician to our home . I called at 8:30 am and they were at our home by 9am. Everything went smoothly when we decided not to repair our 20 + year old furnace and replace it instead. Again, Joe was quick to locate the model of furnace we needed and everything done that day. His technician , Rob, was very professional and put in a long day to help us get heat back into our home. Thank you Thermal Concepts.

Explained everything that had to be done and BEAT the price of every other company, including all the companies advertising on the radio and TV, such as Reliance, Enercare etc.
