I brought a furnace to this company for repairs and was informed that the diagnostic fee would be $125. I was assured that once the diagnostics were completed, I would receive a call with an estimate for any necessary repairs. After a few days, I was notified that the furnace had been cleaned and no parts needed replacement. While I was pleased with this news, my satisfaction quickly turned to dismay when I received a bill for $400.
Upon questioning the unexpected charges and seeking an explanation for the lack of upfront information about the repair costs, I received no satisfactory response. I am deeply disappointed with this company and cannot recommend their services to anyone.
