Bought a 2013 Range Rover from here. Had an issue with my Bluetooth connecting to my phone. Tried to trouble shoot with the forums but no help. I let West Gate know about the issue and James and the boys went above and beyond my expectations to get the matter resolved. They had their shop take a look a the issue, then they had a 3rd party try to fixed the issue but no luck. In the end they advised me to take the car to Land Rover to try and resolve. Turned out to be a software issue and once confirmed James picked up the bill from the dealer no questions asked. Thanks again!!! Remember a little customer service goes a long way.
