We recently had our home renovated with Xana Group and we are EXTREMELY happy with the results! I will never use another company for renovations. The team at Xana are professional and organized. The owner, Shane, is awesome to work with! We had a dedicated project manager that was always available to discuss any ideas or concerns we had in mind. The construction workers were very respectful of our home and made sure to leave the house swept and clean everyday as we were still living at home during the renovations.

In terms of the actual renovations everything was completed with detail. Any imperfection we noticed was quickly fixed. Our home looks brand new now and we get so many compliments. Xana finished the renovations ahead of time which is simply unheard of when it comes to construction companies. Another huge advantage of going with Xana is the contacts they have. Even though there are huge delays in getting materials right now, they were somehow able to get everything in on time and finish early!

Working with Xana was great! They were extremely professional and a true pleasure to work with. Their experience, expertise and guidance made the process effective, and was very much appreciated. We look forward to working with the Xana team again in the future.

Working with Xana has been a dream come true. Never have we experienced such a comprehensive and full service renovation. From conceptualization to sketches to working with vendors to ensure we received the flooring and millwork we wanted all the way through to final touches. They kept to their scheduling and informed us every time there maybe a slight change to the timing that was initially provided to us. When they came to prepare the house for the renovation, the first thing they asked us was what the flow was of our young children - because they wanted to minimize disruption for them as much as possible. They were diligent and respectful of bedtimes and naptimes and always ensured the noise levels were kept to a minimum during these times. Abu was an incredible foreman and the entire team was personable, professional and perfectionists. Julide was always on top of everything and would take the time to explain to us what was happening and why. Shane was the definition of patience through all our many change orders and even took the time to help us pick out paint colours and give us his recommendations on what he thought would work with our space and style. In a year of COVID and hearing of months of delays in supplies, we expected the project to run late. Xana ensured they had everything they needed prior to commencing and even managed to finish earlier than we expected! We would recommend Xana over any other contractors and would only ever use them going forward.

My wife and I purchased an older home in 2021 and hired Xana Group to complete a whole home renovation including new bathrooms on both floors, a new kitchen, floors, stairs…… EVERYTHING! Xana helped us every step of the way: from pointing us towards suppliers and distributors to choose flooring, counters, light and plumbing fixtures and cabinetry to addressing any concerns immediately with a customer first approach to all solutions. They stayed within our budgetary constraints, were spot on with the initial estimate they had provided us and were highly competitive when it came to comparing their estimate to other contractors.
