I highly recommend Anita Szalfetter for anyone looking to rent/purchase real estate in the GTA.
My partner and I had used Anita's services to find a rental condo in North York, Toronto. She did everything in her power to make this experience as smooth and easy as possible for us. She was very easy to reach via phone and email at all times of the day. She did not rush us to make a decision without being 100% satisfied, as some other agents have made us feel in the past. Her process of finding out exactly what we are looking for was perfect as to not spend time on places we might not be interested in and showing us many great places that exactly suited our needs. We were rather picky in our decision-making, but she happily, and patiently, showed us many different places at times convenient for us and has gone above and beyond to answer any and all questions we had.
She worked really hard and fast to ensure that our offer got through as soon as possible once we found the perfect place. Her hard work, and passion for that work, really comes through in her service and we could not be happier.
