We hired Remneek as a day of coordinator to manage all of our vendors and execute our wedding and reception. We had a back to back wedding and reception that required a lot of planning, organization and coordination. She helped us to build a more realistic timeline and provided thoughtful feedback for our events. She was very meticulous in her execution and kept us calm throughout the entire day. She was flexible and adaptable, even when things did not go according to our timeline, and were outside of her control. Thank you Remneek for your kindness and all of your help!

Remneek and her assistant was a blessing to work with. We only required her Month of Coordination Services / Day of Coordinator. Our wedding was 135 guests at Belcroft Estates in Innisfil. From our initial consultation, she was providing us ideas on how to make our wedding even better. She was organized from the very beginning. She worked with all our vendors (photography, videography, hair, makeup, dance floor, dj, venue, catering, musicians, officient), provided timely updates, and you could see her passion for the art of wedding planning. She had conducted site visits of the venue. She even brought napkins because she heard "the bride wanted napkins". She is extremely transparent and will be 100% honest with you if something happened (a vase was knocked over), and makes sure that your guests experience is not impacted. Her empathetic nature and joy in wedding planning makes her the perfect choice. I'm so excited to see the Gentle Planner grow into one of GTA's top wedding planner companies in 2022/2023.
