Teresa, Jessica, Domenic and Laurent have provided me with the confidence and peace of mind needed when working through PDI and Tarion warranty items that are common with all New Home builds. (May 21, 2020, 5:23 pm)I’ve purchased many homes from different builders and never experienced such a high level of professionalism from all employees, always heard good things about Mattamy customer service but they indeed met all my expectations.
I also would like to take a moment to say thanks to all the supervisors on Mattamy Kleinburg community where I’ve purchased my home, where they went above and beyond to make sure I was treated like a real homeowner unlike many other builder where they care only about profit.
Ninder, Jonathan and Lew made me feel like a member of the royal family and for that I’m truly thankfully
