Liz Cummings and her team are absolutley amazing 👏. I honestly feel safer at lifetime than any other place (stores,grocery,gas stations etc..). They screen and take your temp upon arrival. The staff is constantly cleaning the equipment. Its a constant wave of employees cleaning , cleaning and some more cleaning! . Keep up the great work Lifetime!

A huge thank you to Mark the trainer for going above and beyond and showing genuine interest in people’s progress and success on their fitness journey. Mark took the time to help me stretch after the class, answer my questions and concerns about my progress and give some helpful nutrition advice. Mark checked with me before the class to make sure I’m accountable and offered encouragement throughout the workout. I feel confident that I will reach my fitness goals with Mark in my corner.
Lifetime is the best gym I have attended. Clean facilities and helpful and friendly staff make for a perfect morning every day.

The 1 & 5 stars are given away too easily.

This is a top of the line of gym no question. If you are considering between this location and the Mississauga location, this gym blows them out of the water. In comparison this one is much much cleaner, the staff are way more friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere is much nicer.

There is always a staff member in the change room cleaning and there to help, which is definitely not the case with the Mississauga location. This is why the change room is always clean with lots of towels, and toiletries stocked.

The classes at this location are great. I go to the yoga and cycling classes and I would recommend both. They have a good variety of teachers, my only thing is I would hope for a few more hot yoga classes during the week and for the actual studio to be a little warmer sometimes.

The workout floor and machines are always clean and in good condition. As a “top of the line” gym they should be a little better at keeping the free weight area in order. The weights can be left out and are rarely sorted by weight on the actual rack. If I am paying the highest price for a gym membership I expect better than I can find at a $30/mo gym. This is definitely not a big issue but just an area that could be improved.

Everything considered, you won’t be disappointed paying a little extra as you get a lot more at Lifetime.
