Got the car repaired and car looks nice. They took longer than initial estimate but Dominic was generous to pay for the rental for days over. Once the work started Navin made sure to get it completed asap and got the car ready for revised committed date.
Despite the negative article I found on Global News, I'm giving this place 3 stars because I have mixed feelings about my experience here. On one hand, they took much longer than was initially quoted by insurance (11 days turned out to be more like 6 weeks) and they failed to comply with my insurance policies (notifying them about supplemental work and part delays), but in the end the work was done and my car looks better than it did before the accident, actually. I am by no means a car expert so I don't know what is going on under the hood, but the exterior looks great (ignoring the fact that the paint has somewhat of an "orange peel" texture) and I am satisfied with the work.
They provided me excellent service and had a nice chat about his wife and family in general. No complaints from me. He even re-aligned my bumper to perfection, and was prompt, kept his word on the duration of the repair, impeccable. Thanks Dom,
