I had a car rental during a snow storm, and Kynon kindly got me into an SUV which was more appropriate for the weather conditions. Great customer service, definitely recommend!
Awesome service! Got a car yesterday when my car was in the shop. I returned it this evening after a nasty snowy ride. Kynon kindly offered a 30 second ride to Maple Toyota. I escaped walking in the blistering -21 degree weather. Kynon provides excellent service! This is my second time I rented from Routes when I needed an affordable car for a day or two. Highly recommended!

Had to get a rental for one day. Staff is friendly but lacking in bodies. They need more bodies especially since they support many of the dealers in the area. Good import cars, clean and prices are very competitive.
