EDIT: I haven't had the same good experience servicing my new Honda at Maple. I had a faulty shock absorber and had it replaced under warranty. After replacing the shock absorber, including the spring, the alignment wasn't even checked. It is unprofessional to not even check the alignment after doing suspension work on a brand new car. The car didn't handle as well, and the steering wheel was not centered anymore. I came back to get the car aligned. The car was aligned, but steering wheel was still not centered. Came back for a second alignment, it was even more off-center. I finally went to a DIFFERENT Honda dealer and in less than 30 minutes my car was perfectly aligned and steering wheel centered. The machine at Maple was saying my car was aligned, but when checked at another Honda dealer almost everything was out of spec. I do not recommend Maple for any suspension work. There is something seriously wrong with the alignment machine at Maple. I also question the quality of service when they don't even bother to check the alignment after replacing an entire shock absorber.
If you need to do service, make sure to reach out to Simon. He's honest, clear and does his best to help you. Sometimes even stays late to make make you're Satisfied and good to go.
I bought a certified CRV with extended warranty from Ray at Maple Honda. I was very happy happy with my purchase. Ray was clear, honest, and direct with all the information. Normally, once a sale has been made, sales guy disappears but Ray kept following up to make sure a fix promised by Maple Honda was successfully fulfilled. Service guys were very friendly and provided valuable information. I would highly recommend Ray and Maple Honda. I've visited many dealers and I've bought 2 cars from other dealers in the past. Without a question, Ray tops the chart with commitment to serve customer needs. I'm very thankful to him and Maple Honda for providing me with an excellent product at an affordable and competitive price.
Vince and Sam were the best to deal with. Smooth transaction from start to finish. Sam liaised with me and accommodated my busy schedule to deliver the car. He had everything ready to go when I arrived, and even got me my preferred license plate number :). I spent time at other dealerships where the negotiation tactics are to wear you down to make you give in. At Maple Honda, it is simple, up front, and clear. You won't regret it.
