Personally, I hate waiting. Especially when staff just ignore you until they ready to talk. It makes you feel like your presence in premise is not in their interest, and even if you'll leave no one will care. Anyway, it's not the case in this branch.
Receptionist offered me an espresso!
It's very nice gesture. It's not the matter of coffee or free good. Such a simple move, but it makes you a person in the place, not a "client" in "financial institution".
Representative discussed different options and financial products. She was very polite and tactful. My emails were replied reasonably fast. And the main thing, she didn't push any pointless, in my opinion, services. Offered, but didn't push!
Overall, it was very pleasant experience.
