I had a problem with washing machine and goggled for appliance repair company. I concerned so much as I heard many stories and bad experiences from people having technicians who didn’t have the job done properly. I was so fortunate to find MRC on Kijiji. Mike is so friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and meticulous. I told him about the problem I was experiencing, and he diagnosed the problem over the phone before coming to my house. Found out that the shock absorbers need to be replaced, and he sent me the quote on the same day. When he came and fixed my washing machine, he even explained to me how the shock absorbers work, and gave me valuable advice on how to prevent problems that might potentially occur in the future. He also spotted some leak at the back of the machine which I didn’t notice, and found out one of the hose connectors was not tightened, and he tightened it and no more leak. What an exceptional technician and service! I was very pleased to have him fixing my washing machine. After replacing the shock absorbers, the washing machine is back to normal! I would highly recommend to friends and family.
