My Family's kitchen sink's tail piece broke the other day on top of the faucet handle coming loose. Igor was able to squeeze in an appointment last minute. He was really through with his work, and his rates were reasonable. I'd definitely recommend him to others and for any future issues. Really happy with the end result!

Friday night my kitchen sink just stopped draining completely. Saturday, 12PM, I called Start Drain and at 3:45PM Igor and Dimitri were at my door. At 6PM, I was a happy camper. They were thorough and professional while diagnosing the issue, answered all questions and had useful tips. Ultimately my issue was an extreme case of a blocked pipe, they pretty much maxed out the snaking device (35 feet!) while cleaning it. Very happy with the service and will definitely recommend to friends/family.

I was up to my neck in you know what everything coming up from the toilet and drains had a few estimates they were so high that I tried fixing it myself it only got stinkier by chance my neighbor had a similar problem Igor and Dimitre from start drain were working out side I asked them to take a look at my situation and give me a price when they told me I couldn't believe how much cheaper they were and how honest they were one guy told me they would have to dig and it would cost thousands these guys fixed my problem very fast with snake and state of the art camera Nd the were very curious and professional I will recommend them to all my friends and family I'm so glad I came across these guys it's hard to find this kind of honesty and knowledge and professionalism
