Rico has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Did me a favor coming all the way out to Blue Mountains and putting a rush on the install of my Caliornia shutters. Had a bunch of recommendations and contacts for contractors that also turned out to be gems. Highly recommend Rico and shutter outlet. He knows his trade inside and out.

Had a great experience with Rico and team. Product is of good quality and the price was the best I could find by a large margin. I did mention to Rico on his first visit I was hesitant due to a few bad reviews I've read on here but he assured me I would receive top notch service.

Fast forward about a month and I have all my blinds installed and they look great! (Just installed minutes before writing this review)

I'll be using Shutter Outlet again when needed, and I'll be happy to recommend to friends and family in the future.
