Eli came to my condo today to install an ION 400 bottless countertop water cooler. When I first called him, he was very professional and had all the answers I was looking for. When Eli came to my house to install the ION cooler I was amazed at the service he provides. He was very professional when installing the cooler, it took him about an hour from start to finish to set it all up. Eli is an absolute pleasure to deal with, and the new ION cooler is amazing! I'm so glad I went here instead of buying a water cooler that requires a jug. The unit looks amazing and the water tastes even better. It's extremely cold. My unit also dispenses sparking water which my wife loves. All in all, I love the unit and the level of customer service Eli provides. If you're looking for a new water cooler, I honestly would not shop anywhere else!
