Store is tucked away just in front of T&T. Good location because many asians travel a lot. Store has a very wide selection of average quality luggage that will last several trips esp car, train, bus trips. Dont expect to see Sampsonite or Delsey here. Great wallet selection and luggage accessories here as well.
Had a wonderful lady help me at the store who helped me the 1st time I was in the store.
I wanted a particular size of case but wasn't available. And told me to return next week in case it came on the next shipment.
I did return and another lady with a head scarf served me rather gruffly and walked away serving another customer not offering any help to locate the case at another location or offer the online service. This lady has no sense of customer service. She treated all others at the store in the same manner.
I requested another location she gave me a wrong number for the closest store.

I did go online and the case is available in the size I want. But shipping is by post and there is a strike on.

The rating would have been higher if it were not for this last experience!

Lots of products to choose from with reasonable prices. Great location. Helpful staff.
