I moved from Massachusetts, USA to Mrakham, ON last month. Dmitry contacted me when I started looking for 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment on rent. He helped me look for the options via video call, helped add valuable detail e.g. smell in the apartment, any noticeable damage, distance from elevator, sunlight in rooms etc. Finally, I opted for 3 bedroom apartment for a decent price. My kids are 12 & 17 and they got separate bedroom. I and my family are extremely happy with the apartment. All the transactions to finalize the lease agreement were via email and documents were signed using digital signing. Dmitry did not charge me anything, he made it clear to me upfront that he ‘ll get his share from landlord. Also he amended some of the agreement conditions to ensure that I don’t have a disadvantage.
