There's no one better than Evelyn in Richmond hill!  I went to her for microblading.  She made me feel more comfortable and was extremely thorough in her explanations of what she was doing. She put special emphasis on me to make sure I was doing well and not in too much pain. Her work is amazing. Definitely recommend.
