Glitch Fix Thornhill | Apple Authorized Service Provider

The Staff were friendly and explained everything clearly. Turnaround time was very quick. Only issue was that when my laptop was returned, the fan still sounded off. I decided to ignore it as I don't know much about computers, and the same issues (battery/fan) have resurfaced now a couple of months later, but worse. Again, not a computer expert so can't blame Glitch Fix directly (hence the 3 stars - not endorsing nor discouraging), but just skeptical of how the same issue could resurface so quickly. To their credit, they offered to take a look again, but I've decided to send it directly to Apple this time.

They have a high rating for a reason. Although I did not end up doing the repair with them, they were quick to diagnose and gave me nice customer service. If I need a 3rd party Mac repair in the future, I will not hesitate to come back. Thank you.

Had a really nice experience with this store. Had issues with my keyboard and they fixed it within just 2/3 business days. My laptop is looking and feeling totally new. Obviously 100% genuine authorized Apple service provider. The customer service was also top notch. Chuck was very helpful and always communicated with me regarding the status of the laptop. Got a battery change for my 13 inch MacBook pro 2015. My battery and computer are running like new again. Super friendly staff. Very helpful. 10/10 experience.
