i arrived this morning to the store short of time. my coat's pocket's zipper got locked. inside my pocket i had my car's keys and my driver licence. i couldn't leave my coat with them as i needed the keys and the licence. Rachel, stopped what she was doing, and came to help me with a huge smile on her face. she brought in her tools and was working on my zipper for few minutes until she managed to open it up. she didn't charge me a thing and she smiled the whole time. this is a great service. i will definitely come back. wow!

I picked this place because of the high rating, and was very disappointed by the result and the price they charge.

I used to do my dry clean in willowdale down the green building, and they had always made my cloth refreshed, clean, and smell nice. I moved so I picked this place that is close by.

I washed a small Canada goose jacket and a wool trench coat here. After I picked them up I barely noticed much difference, besides a few obvious dirty spots were gone (I mean those could easily be removed with damp water cloth) Especially for the Canada goose one, the collar still smell like sweat. For the other jacket, it is cleaned better, but there are still lots of lints on the cloth. So I am really disappointed with my $80 (it was actually close to $90) spent, and will not go back again.

The two star is for no damage to my clothes.
I give one more star because the owner called and offered me to bring back the cloth to be re cleaned.
