Serene Nails & Spa

First time visit today for a pedicure. I have terrible ingrown toenails and since COVID lockdowns have made my spa visits inconsistent (previously attended nail salons every 2 weeks like clockwork), I was nervous of how it was going to turn out.

The lady who took care of me, Mary, was very attentive to my concerns and needs. She was patient and demonstrated excellent technique when it came to dealing with my terrible toes. She did an amazing job and was sure to check in with me every few minutes to make sure I wasn't in too much pain. Excellent cleaning, massage, and colour application. They also did a good job of demonstrating hygiene and sanitation protocols throughout the visit.

Will definitely come back again!

Jenny is the best nail tech in all of the GTA in my opinion. Also they have a TON of colour selection for shellac nails, highly recommend.

Clean with proper sanitizing and covid19 measures in place. Fast, gentle & very nice manicure. You do need an appointment but i called at 12:15, they told me i could come for 1. Would recommend.

Vivi is the best! She took her time and was very detail oriented. I got my nails done (shellac manicure and pedicure) a few days before I left on vacation. After 7 days in the ocean and on the beach and two long hikes my nails are still in great condition! No chips, no peeling, nothing. They’ve grown out a bit and the colour has faded but they still look done. When you find a good nail spot, you keep going back and that’s what I intend on!

The people are really kind here. My favourite is Fion because she is patient and is always smiling. Serena is a welcoming person. Jenny is also willing to make a conversation and loves to live with happiness. I will always go to them because of their positive attitudes and fruitful ways of operating a great business
