(May 23, 2019, 11:44 pm)Love this store and it's wonderful employees and most of the department heads. Logically, the department that should be managed by the sweetest of all managers is the floral department. However this is not the case. Leni has been around for a long time. She seems burnt out. Rather than make each flower purchase pleasant, she almost seems to go out of her way to be insulting. She is harsh and seem to be resentful of the customers. Perhaps she feels overworked, but she has super staff, and if she can't master customer service with a smile, she should retire.
