dropped in this morning to set up appointment for bike repair, i was told to drop bike in this evening and the tech would be able to look at it first thing Tuesday...I went to drop off the bike and the gentleman at the counter named Adam, said he was sorry that they weren't able to take any bikes at this time as no tech would be available, there was an off duty employee named Chris that was there and he said he would be the repair, although simple and only a few minutes, both young men were fantastic and pleasant and took care of my issue quickly saving me the anquish of having to come back...cudos to both of these gentlemen, customer service is not dead....rated 6/5...thank you

My husband and I went in to get outfitted with all our equipment for this ski season. The level of expertise and service that we received from Andy at Spork Chek Thornhill was great! He was very knowledgeable, helpful and service was very quick. He was also a genuinely nice guy. We like all our equipment and can't wait to try it out! We will be recommending this location to everyone!
