Starbucks

Wanted to use my rewards to order salad, they had none! The staff was very friendly and wanted to help. They explained what drinks are free refills for gold members, and also provided almond milks or soy milk options on the end counter, etc for adding to the drink instead of the regular milk. This along changed my rating from 2 star to 4 star. The reason 4 stars is they did not have the item I wanted. Actually, I would also deduct one more star as it was cold I had to keep my jacket on while seated, since the big glass door opening would let in lots of cold air draft, and the reason I had to sit in this location was because I required access to the wall socket for a charger. (oh yeah, they are short on charging spots) But super friendly staff, I would return for them alone. I will put them to the test next time, and see if they can make something from the starbucks secret menu (customized drink).

Staff are excellent and very kind. Coffee and lemon loaf is delicious.
