I have purchased numerous products from them which means I have needed instructions on how to use them as well as troubleshooting various issues. I have always received the most amazing customer service from Noel and his manager Tanya. They are incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and patient when explaining everything to me. I am a Telus customer because of the outstanding customer service they provide. Both of them are exceptional employees!
