Bought a hoodie for my daughter that was on sale at the $5 rack. The actual price tag itself said $10 so I confirmed with a sales associate that it was indeed $5. She confirmed that it was as was everything else on the rack. So when we went up to purchase I noticed that they charged me $7.
Questioned the difference with a different sales associate and made a point to tell them this was confirmed by one of her colleagues. Pretty much given the run around on the origin of the price. Yes I know it’s only a 2 dollar difference but you guys really need to have better communication between everyone on prices in your store.
Quality wise I’m honestly not expecting much for a $5 dollar hoodie. Or wait is it $7? I don’t know anymore.
