What I love about Blue Link: There are many things I love about working at Blue Link, but one of the best things about the company is the people and how much they care about each other, our customers, our partners and our community. The leadership team truly cares that we keep our customers happy and productive and will go out of their way to make sure this happens. When vetting partners, we only work with those who share the same high customer service standards and company values as us, so that we ensure our customers receive a high level of service from all Blue Link technology partners. We've all been frustrated working with companies/services who seem to not care about our needs, which is why I am proud to know that Blue Link takes customer satisfaction very seriously. When our customers succeed, we succeed.

I have used many ERP systems and Blue Link is by far the most user friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed our training and onboarding. Our trainer Lucas did a great job of being extremely informative and keeping our interest in the week long implementation. After using the system for a couple weeks, they are very responsive to the help portal when I ask a question. I look forward to using the system throughout my career with my company.

My company, Carr McLean, had to move from a in house Unix ERP system due to retirement of the only programmer for the software. From talking to other companies that have switched ERP systems we were all very nervous of the transition risks. Met the Blue link ERP at DX3 and quickly found them to be friendly and helpful. Before deciding on which software to choose we were able to meet with Mark, Darren and Jordan who really made us feel like we made the right decision. We worked with Mike on our transition. He could not have fit in better with our company. Even during the most stressful times he brought a great attitude and humour that relieved a lot of the anxiety we had switching systems. Since the initial implementation with a quick email the support staff has always quickly helped with any questions or problems we have encountered. Blue Link has helped us improve our software automation which has increased our speed and service level. I am very confident recommending them.

We have been using Blue Link ERP for 1 year now and it has helped our business grow tremendously. We know the support team by name, they work diligently to fix any issues we create, and genuinely care about their customers. This was the best choice in software we have made. Really good product from really good people.

The software is pretty self explanatory and user friendly. The support team has displayed great reaction time and resolution on inquiries. Access to senior management has been an incredible asset for our integration and path forward for different area resolutions. Blue Link Team and their senior management are committed to adapting, and help assisting, in our dynamic business practices.
