Excellent professional customer service. Ms. Sandy helped me by explaining my rights when an insurance adjuster requested me to return my replacement car after a week's use. The said replacement car was reliable and stayed with me for a month. I returned it after being inspected by one of the staff and I was driven home safely.
Great customer service. Joe is a great dude. I wasn't a fan of the car they first gave me (due to the other cars being rented out) however he immediately allowed me to swap it for another car once something was available with no issues.
So reliable and trustworthy.
